Endo Symptom Driver Assessment

I've been officially diagnosed with endometriosis

I've been diagnosed with something related (IBS, SIBO, PMOS/PCOS)

No diagnosis yet, but my body is telling me otherwise

The endo belly… I look and feel 6 months pregnant by 3pm

Pain that derails my entire day (or week)

My gut is all over the place: bloating, constipation/diarrhoea

My hormones are all over the place: mood swings, heavy bleeding, PMS

Nausea that makes eating feel like a minefield

I get sick easily and take forever to recover

Cut out gluten, dairy, or basically everything I used to enjoy

Tried every supplement and probiotic under the sun

Did low FODMAP or some version of an elimination diet

Relied on hormonal treatments or painkillers because nothing else was offered

Seen a naturopath, dietitian or specialist

My pain feels completely random — I never know when it's going to hit

Even small things set me off — certain foods, stress, a bad night's sleep

I feel like my body is constantly on high alert

My symptoms are pretty predictable and follow a pattern

Regular and predictable (comes every 26–35 days)

I don’t get a period (pregnant, postpartum, IUD, or on hormonal treatment)

Heavy (changing products every 1–2 hours)

The week before my period — mood crashes, bloating, cravings and breast tenderness

During my period — heavy bleeding, clots, severe pain

Randomly throughout the month — no clear cycle link

I’m trying to eat clean but still feel like crap

Get through my period without being glued to the floor in pain

Stop looking nine months pregnant after every meal

Wake up actually rested instead of needing five more hours

Eat a normal meal without my gut turning it into a war zone
